Terms of Use — GPS Camera

These terms govern your use of GPS Camera ("the app"), provided by Sigarda. By using the app you agree to them.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.

Your content

Photos, notes and other content you create belong to you. They stay on your device; we do not claim any rights to them.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to fabricate or misrepresent evidence, for fraud, or to break any law.
Manual locations are always marked "manual" on the stamp; do not remove or disguise this marking.
Respect other people's privacy and local rules when photographing people or places.

Accuracy

Coordinates, address, map, weather, altitude and heading come from your device sensors and third-party services and may be inaccurate or unavailable. The verification code helps detect edits but is not a legal certification. Check important information independently.

Ads and PRO templates

The app is free and supported by ads from Google AdMob. PRO templates can be unlocked for 24 hours by watching an optional rewarded video; if an ad is unavailable we may unlock them anyway. Features and templates may change over time.

Third-party services and attribution

Maps: © OpenFreeMap, © OpenMapTiles, © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL). Weather: MET Norway (CC BY 4.0). Addresses: your device's geocoder. Their own terms apply to their data.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Sigarda is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data or lost profits arising from use of the app.

Termination

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the app or any feature.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date at the top will change. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
